NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC - POSSIBLE RECRUITMENT FRAUD
Employer imposter scams continue to be widespread across the United States. Scammers use targeted, sophisticated tactics to deceive you into providing sensitive information or money to a potential “employer.” Please be aware that there have been recent incidents whereby some organizations/individuals, claiming to act on behalf of Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc. have contacted people and made false offers/promises of employment with Aurobindo Pharma USA, Inc.
If you receive suspicious communication from someone claiming to be an Aurobindo company representative, do not respond. We will NEVER: Text message about a company opening. Interview you via text message or a messenger app. Use any type of messaging service to communicate with you. Ask for your social security number or bank account information. Ask for your Apple ID. Ask you to download a cell phone application for an interview. Offer a fully remote full-time position where you will be paid hourly. Offer a position where you will be paid “weekly through direct deposit or credit card.”
If you receive an email from fraudulent people, please know our official email will always be from an aurobindousa.com email address. If from any other type of email, it will not be official.
The means of communication listed above are false, misleading, and amount to per se fraud. We encourage you to report suspected scams to hrinfo@aurobindousa.com with your name and contact information, so we can take action against the scammer.
Thank you,
